My business goals for 2013

‎My business goals for 2013

 

  • To earn (in profit) $1k per week consistently (after taxes and expenses).
  • To grow my GCPets biz through adding more team members (only two more), keep the existing ones (please!!!) and strategic alliances so that I can earn the before-mentioned income
  • Work on my expenses (keep them affordable/down)
  • Work on my post purchase ‘customer service’ so as I don’t have to gather new customers as I’ve plenty of re-occuring/regular current clients ;)
  • Regular Puppy Hours (social meetups at a local GC dog friendly established)
  • Be extremely well connected locally (GC) so that people think of referring to me for any pet care (pet sitting, dog walking, house sitting, etc) because “even if she cannot help she will know someone” :)
  • Be able to profitably take two days off per week (my biz can run without me)
  • Have at least two “PC” subscription SOC customers and 2 distributors
  • Finally figure out how the hell I am going to monetize QLD Pet Carers (for 2014)

FOUND ! Happy Endings | Queensland Lost Pet Register – Gold Coast

Want to feel good ?  These are all our “happy endings” !

Read all of these as you will most likely be able to relate to a few of them…  and yes NEVER stop looking, NEVER give up.  There was a story published within the GC Bulletin about how a dog was reuinited with is owner 10 years later !   At the same time, this a perfect time to remind everyone to MICROCHIP YOUR PETS.  Also, many vets offer free microchip checking to ensure they have not migrated and they’re still working.

How many and the types of pets that require care ?
Looking for someone to leave my 11 year old jack russel x poodle with from the morning of the 15th March 2012 to the afternoon of 18th March 2012.  Either Biloela, Calliope or Gladstone. He needs to be given tablets twice daily for his thyroid condition.  Rexy gets along well with other dogs but is getting a little older now so he would prefer not to be around dogs that play really rough.

How many and the types of pets that require care ?
1 x large dog to be looked after at pet minder’s home.
He is an inside dog, and very people orientated. He loves to be near you & sleeps on the bed.
He suffers from separation anxiety & when alone, will often try to dig out.
Is best with other dogs, and i prefer a minder who has a dog of their own as well as this keeps him occupied & he is less anxious.
Very obedient & placid dog. Going away for work for 1 week & will need to be minded for 7 days.
